Greater Anglia

720513

Transferred from Worksop Sidings to Derby Litchurch Lane, presumably for further maintenance to be carried out

London North Western Railway

350105 / 350119 / 350126

Bit of tidying up with these 3 units as news of their new liveries seems to have slipped past us, but we can now confirm that each of these are now sporting the full LNWR Green livery having previously been in the unbranded plain grey colours

Merseyrail

507006

After suffering considerable damage in the overshoot & derailment incident at Kirkby in March 2021, this unit never recovered and has now been transferred to Sims Metal, Newport for scrapping after being hauled to Seaforth Container Terminal by rail and then making it's final journey by road to South Wales

North Yorkshire Moors Railway

25278

Has now returned back to the NYMR after undergoing tyre turning maintenance at Leeds Midland Road

Severn Valley Railway

D1015

Having been under maintenance for a lengthy period of time, this loco has today conducted a successful loaded test run, hauling empty tanks on 6M42 Avonmouth to Penyffordd as far as Gloucester N.Y, before running light back to Kidderminster. This forms part of the loco's preparation work for it's return to mainline passenger workings when it leads a charter from Eastleigh to Kingswear next weekend!

Edit: Unfortunately, although the loco completed the test working, it didn't pass the relevant tests to be cleared for mainline working and so won't be working the charter next weekend after all!

Southeastern / South Western Railway

707011 / 707012

Both of these units have now transferred from South Western Railway to Southeastern as the handover of this fleet continues - both units were transferred to Gillingham EMUD earlier this month
