Named "Bob Tiller CM&EE" in a ceremony at London Waterloo station this morning in honour of the man at the forefront of the Class 69 conversion programme

Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway


This loco has now completed it's overhaul and has received a new coat of it's BR Blue livery. It is looking great so kudos to it's owners the British Type 4 Fund and to Heritage Painting for the work they have done to bring it to it's current condition. Hopefully it will be back to work on the GWSR in no time!

London North Western Railway


This unit has now returned back to the Northampton depot having completed it's internal refurb work at Long Marston. It is now modelling the plain grey livery whilst it awaits it's turn with the vinyl team at Bletchley

This unit has today transferred to Long Marston to undergo an internal refurb and to lose it's ex London Midland livery

Platform 1 Charity, Huddersfield Station

After the weather halted the offload of this carriage back in May, it is back again to be offloaded tonight so that the Platform 1 Charity can make use of it as a converted training facility

Tanat Valley Railway / Transport for Wales


This is pacer unit number 2 to have left the Landore TMD to move to the Tanat Valley Railway and into a new life of preservation
